I would like to take a moment of your time to introduce our company to you.

Noopy’s® Products have been available to consumers for over 40 years. For the last 8 years we have developed sales and marketing programs making our full line of products available not only to consumers, but painters, decorators, contractors, municipalities, cities, thoroughfares, trains, school systems, and more with the “BEST” products to take care of their paint and graffiti problems.

Noopy’s® has been in the “Paint Removing” business for over 40 years and still runs a large stripping and refinishing business to stay “on top of” finishes both old and new, because better paint chloride paint removers that “REALLY WORKED”.

In the late 70’s Noopy’s® had quite a few SERVISTAR hardware stores as customers. They, in turn, recommended their products to the main office in Butler, PA. The products were well received at their full trade show. As a result, they contracted the SEMI-PASTE PAINT, VARNISH & STAIN REMOVER in quarts and gallons as their exclusive private label. This product held its own and was tested as the “BEST” paint remover against the “name” brands. The FLOOR STRIPPER / OLD ADHESIVE REMOVER was an “in the warehouse” item. The products were supplied to them for 16 years. When SERVISTAR merged with True Value in 1996-1997, private label packaging was eliminated. We also did private label packaging for a mail order company which sold restoration supplies to restore automobiles. This product is our VINTAGE AUTOMATIVE / MARINE / AIRPLANE HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL PAINT REMOVER.

As time moved on through the 80’s and 90’s, environmental concerns were addressed regarding lead paints. Noopy’s® began testing and blending certain solvents that were either ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly, USER friendly, or both. As they were finishing up the last decade systems, contractors, cities, to WII ship municipalities, and more have put together anti—graffiti networks. The Greenline “USER FRIENDLY” and / or “ENVIRONMENTALLY” friendly products began being used for these projects. Painters, decorators and contractors, who work in the graffiti removal or multiple layers of paint and lead paint abatement businesses, need the products we produce.

The ALKALI multi-layer paint remover “PAINT AWAY 1” works its way through many layers of paint including lead paints, within 24 hours. Ours had NO LIME, so there is no worry about damaging the wood. When it is kept moist, it can be reused. Our “GRAFFITI AWAY 1” formula is like no other. Not only does it remove graffiti or overspray from factory painted surfaces such as cars, trucks, or boats but it has an anti-bacterial agent as well as a pleasant odor. It can be used inside on many different surfaces. Our “PAINT AWAY 4” product is excellent for stripping vertical and overhead surfaces and compares to other products. Each product has its own specialty and is made to “REALLY WORK”!

These products been used by major contractors restoring historical sites such as The Pentagon, The White House, Washington Presbyterian Church, Austin Texas Capital Building, Robert E Lee House in Alexandria, VA, The Egyptian Ambassadors House in Washington, DC, Rutgers University in Camden, NJ, The Brooklyn Opera House in NY and Plaza Hotel in NY City.

The following have tried and tested to get rid of graffiti in urban settings, which has become a growing concern for our country. They are, Baltimore Downtown Partnership, Gloucester County Highway Maintenance, Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, Fairfax County Schoos, VA, Metro North Railroad, NY, New York State Thruway, New York City Transit Authority, New York City Sanitation Department, Philadelphia Housing Department, Camden, NJ City Hall and Downtown DC Bid Services Corp. We have “custom blended” a Graffiti remover which is on the New York City & state QUALIFIED PRODUCT LIST. (QPL)

GREEN LINE OVERVIEW

We began experimenting in 1979 with chemicals for stripping that were safer than the conventional strippers. We did a lot of striping in house, schools, churches and other public Buildings. We used the product, SAFE CHOICE for several years in our own stripping and refinishing business before we began to market it because SAFE CHOICE worked so well, we were asked to demonstrate it for SERVISTAR HARDWARE TRADESHOW in 1983.

The benefits of our green line paint, graffiti & gum removers are they have VOC’s, stay wet and work longer. They are made by a professional stripper who knows what is important in the stripping business.

We private labeled our SEMI-PASTE PAINT, VARNISH & STAIN REMOVER through SERVISTAR HARDWARE STORES for 16 years. The SEMI-PASTE and our FLOOR STRIPPER/OLD ADHESIVE REMOVER were top selling strippers for the 16 years they were SERVISTAR. Our green line SAFE CHOICE SEMI-PASTE was an excellent seller through SERVISTAR years before other companies knew about green line products.

As time went on, we added graffiti removers, overspray removers, multiple layer paint removers, label removers, and gum removers to our line of “green products”. All our green line products have anti-bacterial agents in them.
